TIPS #6 : Add critical cases within a targeting strategy

 

 

To add a critical scenario in your targeting strategy, start by logging in to your iAdvize administration console and click on« Engagement » then « Targeting Campaigns ». 

You can add a new targeting rule by clicking on the "+" icon at the top right corner and name it, as an example, "Critical - Funnel abandonment - Invitation - 3s"

You can then indicate your targeting criteria which will engage with visitors leaving the checkout funnel. You will then be able to choose an invitation as a way to engage with these specific visitors and save your rule.

This type of scenario is appropriate for "critical cases". Example : leaving checkout funnel, time spent on FAQs way too long, no result after a search and so on.

The engagement method call "Invitation" will only be visible once in the visitor's journey.
It is therefore important to use it wisely.
