2 display modes are available for the service button: a floating widget and a fixed widget.
The floating button/widget is a button that is typically placed on the bottom right of your site. We speak of a floating button because when the visitor uses the scrollbar to access the bottom of the page, the floating button follows the navigation and remains visible at all times.
The fixed button/widget is a button that is placed in the actual content of your page. It is integrated in the body and therefore does not follow the navigation of the visitor as the floating button does.
NB : To display a default chat button on all your pages, please create a targeting rule, with the condition : "Current page address > contains > ."
1/ The service buttons
To access the customization page, click the "Engagement" button (1). Then on the links "Notification" (2), "Buttons" (3), and "+ // Create a floating button" (4).
We recommend using the "floating widget" format. Once you have created your floating button, do not forget to activate it as the default display mode for your site.
This page lets you customise the appearance (size, colour, dimensions, portrait) and the text of a service button/widget.

2/ The different button states
There are 3 button states:
This is the default state of your button when an agent is connected to the discussion panel and available to receive a discussion.
During the conversation, your visitor may wish to reduce the chat window while consulting information on your site, without closing the discussion. We therefore propose a reduced state, allowing them to easily resume the discussion. By default, it is placed at the bottom right of the browser screen, in the location of the button prior to starting the conversation.
