Contacts - activity / compared by report

Activity report allows you to consult conversations by targeting rules or by types of conversation.

1. Accessing the activity report

To access an activity report, go to "Reporting", and choose the report "Contacts-Activity".

 

The following indicators allow you to optimize your targeting strategy.

Indicator Definition
Response rate The percentage of displays having generated a contact.
Closed contacts / Displays
Displays The number of the channel's displays generated on the website over the period.
Triggered The number of times a targeting rule has been triggered, as a consequence of visitors meeting the right criteria.


2. Chat history by targeting rules

Select Compare by "Rule". By applying this filter, the dashboard under the graph will display all targeting rules.

This way, you will be able to see which targeting rule generates the most contacts.

(1) To consult chats by targeting rules, click on this icon

(2) Then go to History

Here you can see all chats related to the targeting rule in question

3. Chat history by types of conversations

Select Compare by "Chat type" at the top of the page. With that filter, the dashboard under the graph will display all the types of conversation.

This way, you will be able to see which type of conversation generates the most contacts.

Here you can see all chats related to the type of conversation in question
