You’re using SmartFeeds and want to connect your product catalog to iAdvize? It’s completely possible by creating a custom feed in just a few steps.

This article explains how to create your feed, choose the fields to include, and generate an export URL that you can then add to your iAdvize space.

Recommended fields for iAdvize

Here are some examples of data commonly used for integration with iAdvize:

• Product ID

• Product name

• Link to the product page

• Image of the product

• Price

• Availability (in stock, out of stock…)

Add your URL to your iAdvize space

Once your SmartFeeds URL is generated, go to your iAdvize space: AI Copilot > AI Knowledge

Click Add, select the source type Products and the knowledge base where you want to group this new source.

Select CSV file

Give it a name and a custom data (ideally product_id): 

Click on Import file > Choose URL option > Paste your SmartFeeds URL > Start import

Click Confirm and your catalog is ready to be used by your Copilot!
