Dynamic starters are pre-generated question-and-answer pairs created automatically from the product catalog. For each product page, the Copilot generates 10 starters during setup. When a visitor views the page, 3 of these are randomly displayed.
These responses are extremely fast, as they are stored in memory.
However, they are not regenerated when the product catalog is updated — meaning the answers may become outdated if the source content changes.
Concrete example: if a dynamic starter asks “What types of cheese can be used?” but the catalog was updated afterward, the displayed answer might not reflect the latest changes unless the starter is manually refreshed.
