API : Export your statistics

Introduction
Using the API, you can export all the statistics available in iAdvize administration. 
 
Ways to proceed
Theses are the steps we recommend to export your data :
  1. Gather the needs of your users in terms of data
  2. Specify your needs by looking closely at the documentation
  3. Get your API access (by creating a ticket) and Test
 
Example of use case
  • I need to get data from iAdvize to drive my activity 
 
  1. Contact : number of conversation
  2. Channel : channel of discussion
  3. Average duration : average duration of conversation processing (in seconds)
  4. Satisfaction : average satisfaction note (in %)
  5. Transaction : number of transaction done after a contact 
 
  • Functional specification : get data in a table see below
