API : Export your statistics

Introduction
Using our API, you can export all the statistics available in the iAdvize administration. 
 
Ways to proceed
Theses are the steps we recommend you to export your data:
  1. Gather your users' needs in terms of data
  2. Specify your needs by having a close look at the documentation
  3. Get your API access (by creating a ticket) and test it
 
An example of use case
  • I need to get data from the iAdvize platform to track my activity 
 
  1. Contact: number of conversations
  2. Channel: channel on which the conversation happened
  3. Average duration: average duration of a conversation (in seconds)
  4. Satisfaction: average satisfaction rate given by a visitor (in %)
  5. Transaction: number of transactions made after a contact 
 
  • Functional specification: get data in a table as follows

  • API access & test: by creating a ticket you will get your API key and you will be able to test your requests

Get the number of contacts handled in March 2017 for the Chat channel:
