Hide bank details - Bank cards and IBAN

To be RGPD compliant, you can hide bank card details and IBAN number filled in by the visitor during a chat conversation.

  • To enable it, please send a request to our Customer Angel team, since it is not enabled by default.
  • This option can be enabled for chat conversations, however not for offsite channels (social channels: Messenger/Facebook, Twitter, ...)

Once enabled, whenever a visitor sends a message containing a bank card number (e.g. 5455 6466 7577 8888) or an IBAN number (e.g. DE06 6542 0511 1222 3332 00), these will be replaced by XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX when s/he validates his/her message.

As for IBAN: 



 It will not work with a fake card number which contains too many instances of the same number, e.g. 1111 2222 3333 4444
