1. Data feed description
Our solution uses AI to analyze and interpret your published articles, extracting both text and images. These elements are transformed into individual topic and content records, perfectly formatted for use by our Assistant.
NB: Draft, archived, or unpublished articles are ignored by the data flow and therefore not analyzed or interpreted by the AI.
The information is regularly updated to reflect any changes made to your Zendesk knowledge base.
A daily update is scheduled at 3:00 AM GMT, automatically integrating any new content or changes made since the last synchronization.
2. Assistance in creating the knowledge source
To configure your knowledge source :
- Start by specifying its name for clear identification.
- Then, enter the URL of your Zendesk knowledge base, ensuring it is accessible from the internet.
- If access to this URL requires authentication, you can provide the corresponding information in the headers to ensure a secure connection.
3. Error management
The URL must correspond to the client's Zendesk subdomain.
If the file is not publicly accessible, use the headers to provide the necessary authentication information.
