In order to increase the reactivity of brands on the social network and to avoid fraudulent practices, Facebook has decided to no longer allow to reply to a message published more than 24 hours ago by a visitor. This restriction only applies to replies sent from Facebook's APIs. It therefore concerns Facebook or Messenger conversations processed from the iAdvize console.
On the other hand, it does not apply if you reply from the Facebook or Messenger interface.
