Non-receipt by the client of conversation history emails or invitations to resume the conversation

Here is what you can check:

  • Are the emails in your email client’s spam folder?
  • Do any filters configured in your email client prevent the receipt of iAdvize emails?
  • Are your colleagues using the same email domain receiving the emails?
  • Try using an email address outside your current domain.

Note that automatic emails come from the domain *@iadvize.com. For example: system@iadvize.com and no-reply@iadvize.com.
