Here is what you can check:
- Are the emails in your email client’s spam folder?
- Do any filters configured in your email client prevent the receipt of iAdvize emails?
- Are your colleagues using the same email domain receiving the emails?
- Try using an email address outside your current domain.
Note that automatic emails come from the domain *@iadvize.com. For example: system@iadvize.com and no-reply@iadvize.com.
