Good news: this is simply a rebranding. The platform you use every day remains exactly the same!
Where does this change come from?
A little over two years ago, we took a major product and strategic shift to build the leader in AI Shopping Assistance.
In concrete terms, this meant building an AI Shopping Assistant that
→ anticipates your visitors’ questions
→ recommends the right products
→ guides them toward a confident purchase.
A platform that today enables more than 350 brands to generate over 1 billion dollars in online revenue per year.
But while our platform evolved, our brand identity remained anchored in the past. Our former logo (a chat bubble) positioned us as a simple support bot.
But that is not who we are.
We are not building a better chatbot.
We are building with you the AI interface of tomorrow’s online commerce.
Our new visual identity simply aligns our image with this reality.
So, what exactly is changing?
You will gradually begin to see:

This will mainly affect:

- iAdvize brand assets (logo, colors, visuals)
You may also see our new logo appear in the product interface.
But behind these new visuals, the platform remains exactly the same.

Do I need to do anything as a customer?
In the vast majority of cases: nothing at all.
You can, if you wish:
- Update how you present iAdvize in your internal materials (for example: “iAdvize, AI Shopping Assistant for e-commerce”).
- Refresh the logo in documents or pages where you mention iAdvize (presentations, intranet, etc.) once it becomes available in our communication kits.
But this is in no way mandatory, and your operations will not be impacted if you don’t update it immediately.
