Before making a request to RobbAi, it is necessary to locate the relevant conversation.
To do so, go to the Conversation Report section of your admin panel (Reports > Conversations). Use the keyword filter to search for sensitive information such as a first name, last name, or email address if it was mentioned during the exchange.
Once the conversation is identified, you can extract its identifier or any relevant data to provide to RobbAi in order to initiate the anonymization process.
