When you log in to iAdvize, you land on the homepage of your iAdvize dashboard. This page is designed to give you an overview of your Copilot's performance and guide you in optimizing it.
This article presents the key sections of this page and how to use them to get the most out of your Copilot.
1. Your Copilot's Performance
The first section of the page, titled “Your Copilot's Performance”, displays the main KPIs of your Copilot for the last 7 days compared to the previous period (7 days before).
Indicator | 💡 Definition | ⚙️ Calculation |
Conversion rate | Share of conversations resulting in a transaction | Number of transactions / Closed conversations |
Revenue | Revenue generated during or after a conversation with your Copilot | Sum of transaction amounts during or after a conversation |
Automation rate | Percentage of conversations where your Copilot was able to respond to visitors | |
CSAT | Percentage of customers satisfied with the conversation with your Copilot (rating at end of conversation) | ((# of 4-star ratings + # of 5-star ratings) / # of responses) * 100 |

2. Optimizing your Copilot
In the "Optimize your Copilot" section, you’ll receive suggestions to improve your Copilot’s response rate.
Your first suggestions will be available after your Copilot has handled at least 50 weekly conversations.
In the meantime, you can review your early conversations by clicking on Conversation Report.
Tip: If your response rate is low (60% is considered a minimum target), it means your Copilot cannot answer all your visitors’ questions. Adjustments are needed and are almost always required during a generative AI project, especially at the beginning.
How to add knowledge?
- Review the visitor question displayed under Topic
- Provide a clear and concise answer in the Add Knowledge field
- Select the knowledge base where you want to add your answer
- Click Add Knowledge to validate
If you do not wish to add knowledge to the suggested topic, click Ignore.
Once all optimization suggestions are processed, you'll be informed that your Copilot is up to date. This means you have completed all current knowledge improvement tasks, and your knowledge base is optimized to meet your visitors' needs.
Come back in a few days to discover new suggestions! 🚀
Why is this important?
A continuous optimization of your knowledge base enables your Copilot to be more autonomous and to answer visitors more effectively, thereby improving both its response rate and visitor satisfaction.
