1. Your Copilot performance

2. Optimize our Copilot

In the "Optimize Your Copilot" section, you will receive suggestions to improve your Copilot's response rate.

For instance, if your response rate is low (60% is considered the minimum to achieve), it means your Copilot cannot address all your visitors' questions. Adjustments need to be made, which are almost always necessary during a project involving generative AI, especially in its early stages.

How to add knowledge?

  1. Review the visitor's question displayed under "Topic"
  2. Provide a clear and concise response to this question in the "Add Knowledge" field.
  3. Select the knowledge base where you want to add your response.
  4. Confirm by clicking "Add Knowledge.

If you do not wish to add knowledge to the suggested topic, click Ignore.

Why it's important?

The continuous optimization of your knowledge base allows your Copilot to become more autonomous and respond more effectively to your visitors' questions, thereby improving its response rate and enhancing visitor satisfaction.
