Interact with your brand community

Your Community Manager's daily challenge is to nurture your community and make it grow. To encourage your brand advocates to give a little bit of their time day after day, iAdvize has created a gamification system (based on experience points, a ranking, badges and rewards brand advocates can unlock) and a Livefeed for them to discuss with one another and your brand in real-time. 

The Livefeed is available in your administration. To access it, go to "People" and then "Hub". Please make sure you've selected "Livefeed" on the left. 

Here is the Livefeed on the Community Manager side. 

1/ Post a message

  • Unlimited posts :

You can post messages addressed to your brand advocates without any character limits. An email will be sent to them (or a notification on the discussion panel if brand advocates are logged in to the platform) if you tick the "notify experts" box.

  • Share a file:

You can share an image file. All types of images are supported (png, jpeg, gif). The image will then appear on your post.

  • Emojis :

To enhance your posts, we provide you with a list of emojis :

  • Community Manager : 

Brand advocates can identify you as a Community Manager as your messages appear with a specific icon in the Livefeed.

  • Notify all : 

When you post a message on the Livefeed, you can notify all your brand advocates.
To do so, you simply have to tick the "Notify all experts" box, which is displayed as soon as you start writing your message.
This way, brand advocates will get a notification on the discussion panel.

If brand advocates are not logged in to the discussion panel when you send a message, they'll also receive an email to get the notification.

2/ Comment or like a message

  • A little 'Comments' icon displays the number of comments posted by brand advocates on a message. To see these comments, simply click on the message. By clicking on it, you also have the possibility of posting your own comment.
  • A 'Like' icon displays the number of likes that a message got. Authors are notified whenever there's a like on their message.

3/ Notifications

  • Notifications on the admin side :

Notifications are sent to the administration as soon as a brand advocate likes or comments on a post from your brand.
By clicking on the notification, you open the post on the Livefeed.

  • Notifications on advocates brand side :

Brand advocates receive notifications on their discussion panel and via email according to events. At any time, they can choose whether or not they want to receive email notifications.
