Mayday is a SaaS solution where the access URL is unique for all clients. To enable iAdvize to connect to a personal knowledge base in Mayday, the client must provide a username and password. You can refer to the official documentation for more details on authentication: Mayday Public API - Authentication
Knowledge bases in Mayday are identified by a Knowledge ID. Multiple IDs can be added by clicking on "Add a knowledge." These Knowledge IDs can be retrieved from the "Desk" section in the Mayday interface. You can also follow this tutorial for more information: Explanatory Video.
3. Error management
A specific client_id / client_secret pair is required to use the Mayday API. Mayday has confirmed that each client must contact their Mayday account manager to retrieve this authentication information.
