1. Data feed description
This method relies on the use of AI to generate question/answer pairs. Our solution analyzes and interprets the content of your articles, including text and images, to transform them into individual topic and content records, perfectly formatted for our copilots.
The generated information can be updated either manually by uploading a new file or by restarting the question/answer pair generation process.
2. Assistance in creating the knowledge source
Specify the name of the knowledge source for clear identification, then upload the PDF file containing the information to be ingested.
3. Error management
A separate knowledge source must be created for each PDF file to be ingested.
Depending on the format of the provided PDF file, our processing may encounter difficulties in extracting the data. In case of an issue, an error message will appear at the knowledge source level, specifying the page(s) causing the error to facilitate resolution.
