Updating and managing your Useful Content

To ensure accurate and reliable responses, it is essential to keep your knowledge base up to date. This article explains how to update your useful content based on the sources used.

1. Manually Adding Questions and Answers

If you want to enrich your knowledge base, you can manually add content at any time from the AI Knowledge tab.

Click on Explore

Then click Add new record

Two fields need to be completed:

  • Topic: What is the question or topic about?
  • Content: The answer to this question or topic that the Copilot should rely on.

2. Updating Your Connected Data

If your useful content is automatically populated from a source such as a URL, Zendesk, Mayday, or another platform, you can refresh this data by clicking on the Refresh source option:
