The Solution is not usable anymore | P1 - A major component is completely inoperative and cuts off end-user productivity Major | P2 - A major component is partially inoperative, functions randomly making end user productivity severely degraded or a work around exists | P3 - A minor component is totally or partially inoperative and end-user productivity may be moderately impaired and/or a workaround exists.
