What changes with the Copilot Panel?

Personnalisation
Go to the AI Copilot tab > Copilot for Shoppers and edit your Copilot. You can customize several elements of your Copilot Panel:
- Copilot name displayed in your iAdvize interface
- Tone of voice
- Position: left or right

Colors:
- Primary color applies to visitor messages
- Secondary color applies to the border of the Copilot-generated suggestions
- Font
- Welcome and follow-up messages
The following elements are not customizable:
- Avatar
- Name displayed to visitors
- Badge icon
