The new navigation in the iAdvize administration

Since February 10, the iAdvize platform has evolved—along with its navigation! Whether or not you've subscribed to our Copilot for Shopper, this article outlines the new features in your updated iAdvize navigation: reorganized menus and sections, a redesigned homepage, customizable Copilot behaviors, and more!

 

 

1. Homepage – A better overview

⚠ This update applies to customers who have subscribed to Copilot for Shopper. Otherwise, you will continue to have your usual Supervision report homepage.

 

Discover your new homepage, designed to provide you with an overview of your Copilot's performance and guide you in optimizing it.

 

Key performance indicators from the last seven days are displayed and compared to the previous period. This interface highlights essential data such as the conversion rate, revenue generated after conversations with your Copilot, automation rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

The second section provides optimization recommendations, such as adding new knowledge sources to improve your Copilot’s performance, particularly its response rate.

2. Menu – Simplified and more intuitive navigation

Your menu and sections have been completely redesigned to provide you with a smoother and more intuitive experience:

 

 

2.1. AI Copilot

 

Copilots Shoppers

If you've subscribed to our Copilot for Shopper, this space allows you to manage your Copilots.

The Copilot Builder has evolved to offer a more intuitive and comprehensive management experience. Now, you can easily configure its identity by setting its name, avatar, and tone, ensuring a conversational experience that aligns with your brand (See how to configure your Copilot’s identity).

You also have greater control over welcome messages, with a clear distinction between the welcome message and the follow-up message, optimizing the flow of interactions.

Additionally, custom behavior management has been enhanced: you can create specific scenarios by simply describing the detected intent, then let the tool automatically refine it for greater accuracy (Discover custom behavior design).

These improvements aim to make your Copilot more effective and better suited to your visitors’ needs.

 

NB: The Copilot Builder is used to create a Copilot that manages real-time conversations, while the Workflow Builder automates actions based on predefined rules.

 

 

Workflows

The management of your non-generative AI bots is now grouped under the name Workflows for creating and modifying your automated interaction scenarios. Their functionality remains unchanged. You will also find your intents, API connections, and entities under this tab.

AI Knowledge

If you've subscribed to our Copilot for Shopper, the AI Knowledge tab centralizes your knowledge bases (product catalog and practical information) to ensure the proper functioning of your Copilots.

2.2. Engagement

 

If you already had access to engagement configuration, nothing changes! You retain the tab with all your campaigns, notifications, chatbox and routing rules.

 

2.3. Reports

The Reports tab provides access to performance, optimization, and conversation analyses, with advanced filters for a detailed analysis.

 

Performances report

The Performances report provides an overview of key indicators, including metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, automation rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

The AI Optimization Report will be available in the coming months. It will provide you with recommendations based on the analysis of your Copilot’s performance.

The Conversations report gives you access to the full history of interactions that have taken place on your site.

The Settings tab has been redesigned to provide simplified access to essential management and configuration features.

 

Projects

For managing and editing your various projects.

Integration

Integration settings allow you to connect iAdvize to your third-party tools and customize tracking tags for precise interaction monitoring.

 

Agent settings

For managing features such as mirroring, cobrowsing, access to indicators, etc. You can also configure your pre-recorded answers.

User

User management allows you to add, modify, or delete users while assigning them appropriate roles such as administrator, manager, or agent, with advanced settings to control access levels.

 

Privacy

Consent and personal data management allows you to ensure compliance with current regulations by configuring privacy and data collection settings.

 

Others

Find all settings, including ibbü management, third-party channel configuration, visitor scoring, and more.

 

3. Assistance - Articles recommended based on your navigation

During your navigation in your administration space, articles from our knowledge base will be suggested to assist you with your various tasks. These recommendations are directly linked to the pages or features you are viewing.

4. FAQ

Where can I find my non-generative AI bots?

- Your bots are now located in the AI Copilot tab and have been renamed Workflows. Their functionality remains unchanged.

 

Where can I find my Automated Flows?

- The management of your Automated Flows is available in the AI Copilot > Workflows tab.

 

Where can I find the other reports, such as Insights, Sales, etc.?

- For better clarity, other reports are grouped under Reports > Advanced Reports, preventing information overload and making it easier to access essential data for managing your conversational strategy.

 

Where can I find the tabs related to ibbü/community experts?

- Go to Settings > Others, click on the selector, and choose the desired section.
