When setting up your iAdvize Copilot for Shoppers, the Helpful Content step allows you to enrich your Copilot’s knowledge with the most relevant pages from your website.
For example:
- What are your delivery times?
- What payment methods do you accept?
- What is your return policy?
1. How it works
This method uses AI to generate question/answer pairs.
Our solution analyzes and interprets your page content, including text and images, transforming them into individual topic records, optimized for use by our Copilots.
2. Select your URLs
An automatic list is generated from your website, suggesting URLs that contain helpful content (such as FAQ pages, Help Centers, etc.). These must be publicly accessible pages.
By default, all suggested pages are pre-selected, but you can manually adjust your selection.
