1. Conversation starters in a few words
Conversation starters are questions generated using generative AI. They allow you to engage visitors directly from a product page on your website or mobile app, with large-scale personalization and minimal setup.
Benefits:
- Higher engagement rates, reinventing traditional chat bubble notifications
- AI-generated questions, tailored to your product pages and optimized: the most clicked and sales-driving questions are automatically prioritized
- Innovative design, less intrusive for your visitors
2. Personalization
This step allows you to customize your Conversation starters:
- Colors: title & icon, questions, and the background of the starters
- Title: the text displayed above the Conversation starters
- Number of questions: from 2 to 5
- Custom question button: the last Conversation starter gives visitors the option to ask their own question. You can, for example, label it “Ask my question”, “Other question”, etc.
On the right-hand panel of your screen, you can preview your changes in real time. Use the arrows to switch products and see the Conversation starters generated for each.
NB:
The positioning of your Conversation starters on your product pages will take place in "Integreation" step of your onboarding funnel.

The integration on your category pages can be made at the end of your onboarding journey, in your iAdvize space, under the Engagement tab by editing "All PLP" rules.
