This step of the onboarding journey allows you to customize your Assistant’s identity to create a conversational experience that aligns with your brand.
Here, you can configure its identity and behavior.
1. Identity
You can customize :
- Tone of voice : neutral, warm, formal
- Primary color: used for Assistant messages
- Secondary color: used for buttons, suggested replies, and other interactive elements.
Use your hex color codes (e.g., #34393F) for perfect alignment with your brand guidelines. - Position of your Shopping Panel : left or right
2. Behavior
Two messages can be configured at this stage. They will be displayed if the visitor clicks on the last Conversation Starter, such as "Ask my question":
- Welcome message: the first message the visitor receives when opening the Shopping Panel.
Example: Hello! I'm here to answer your questions about our products or customer service. - Follow-up message: shown after the welcome message to encourage the visitor to interact.
Example: How can I help you?
NB: Once your onboarding is complete, you'll gain access to the Assistant Builder in your admin interface.
You’ll then be able to define custom behaviors for your Assistant.
