Result: fewer returns, greater satisfaction, and a smoother shopping experience.
How it works
Detection: The Assistant detects a request related to product search (e.g., I’m looking for a case for my iPhone)
Targeted questions: The Assistant asks for compatibility criteria (e.g., Which iPhone model?)
Catalog search: The Assistant highlights products that have compatibility data provided
Prerequisites
The feature is currently in public beta.
