Find an agent's identifier for the Call channel

During a Click to Call conversation for which you are routing calls yourself using an automatic routing system (ARS) / DID, you will be asked for an agent ID number.

This number can be found in two places

1) In the tab of your browser when you are connected to your iAdvize conversation panel :

 


2) By clicking on the 3 small dots in the top right corner :
