The Sales Opportunities report allows you to analyze revenue losses related to missed transaction opportunities. With this report, you can identify when your advisors were absent or busy and adjust their availability to maximize your sales.
1. Access the Sales opportunities report
To access this report, go to Reporting > Advanced Reports, then select Sales Opportunities:
2. Consulting the sales opportunities data
The page you see consists of four elements:
(1) Filter selection:
Filter the data based on your desired results. You can apply a filter by channel, project, view type, and date/period.
(2) Indicators:
You will find the list of indicators in this report and their corresponding definitions in the article Definition of indicators.
(3) The graphics :
They provide you with a quick overview of the indicator trends and the percentage breakdown based on the selected view (campaign or targeting rule).
(4) The data table :
It displays the detailed numerical data in a table format. You can view the details of each row by clicking on the "pencil" icon or export the table in CSV format using this icon
