For the iAdvize Shopping Assistant to respond autonomously to your visitors' questions, it requires a structured knowledge base. This product knowledge is provided through a product feed, which allows the Assistant to be supplied with accurate and up-to-date information.
Lengow provides an iAdvize template that you can use to generate your product feed in the format expected by the iAdvize Assistant.
From your Lengow interface, go to NetAmplify > Channels > "Add a new channel"
Search iAdvize and select it
Then, click on "Choose this channel"
Select your product catalog and click on Next at the bottom right
Map your product fields
It is essential that certain key information is included in your feed for your Assistant to function optimally: product ID (id), title, description, product page link, image, and price.
If you wish to add other custom fields, please contact your Lengow CSM.
You can create exclusions if you want to include only specific categories or product types. Once your mapping is complete, your Lengow URL will be provided. Copy it to paste it later into your iAdvize platform.
You can find your Lengow URL under: NetAmplify > Channels > iAdvize > Configuration > The URL is located at the bottom of the page
Go to your iAdvize platform: Shopping Assistant > Knowledge
Click on Add, select the source type "Products", and choose the knowledge base under which to group the new source
Select CSV File
Give it a name and a product identifier (custom field, ideally product_id):
Click on Import file > Choose URL > Paste your Lengow URL > Start import
Click Confirm and your catalog is ready to be used by your Assistant!
