For your iAdvize Shopping Assistant to autonomously answer your visitors’ questions, it needs a structured knowledge base. This product knowledge is provided via a product feed, which allows you to supply your Assistant with accurate and up-to-date information.
Channable provides an iAdvize template that you can use to generate your product feed in the format expected by your iAdvize Assistant.
From your Channable interface, go to your project and then to the Channels tab in the main menu.

- Map the fields from your Channable catalog to the fields expected by iAdvize.
This step is the most important. It is essential that certain key information is included in your feed to ensure optimal performance of your Assistant: product ID (id), title, description, product page URL. We strongly recommend adding: price, product image and as much information as possible to best support your visitors.
- In the Quality step, Channable automatically analyzes the quality of your feed and highlights any potential issues or possible improvements.
- The final step, Preview & export, allows you to preview your feed, activate it, and retrieve the URL required for integration into iAdvize.
- Copy the URL of the feed generated by Channable
