My agents are logged in to the platform but I don't see them on the supervision page

If you don't see all or some of the agents logged in to the platform on the supervision page, we invite you to follow these steps:

1. Check the groups you're part of in the Group section of the platform.

Administrators/Managers you will only be able to see the agents linked to your group. (Warning: we don't mention routing groups here). 

 If you are not part of any "Group" you will see all the agents, from all groups, logged in to the platform.

2. Are you on the project which corresponds to the website you would like to monitor?
