How can I manually disconnect an agent who is still connected ?

Is one of your agent still logged in ? You can disconnect him manually by clicking on his status in the list of users in the People > Management section of the administration :

Once disconnected, your advisor's console will automatically display this message :

NB : This feature does not work if the operator is connected to mobile applications.
