Fixed Button

The fixed button/widget is a button that is placed in the actual content of your page. It is integrated in the body and therefore does not follow the navigation of the visitor as the floating button does.

1/ Click to Chat fixed button manage available status

To create a fixed button, from the iAdvize Administration, go to Engagement (1), then Notification (2), and click on the button  bouton-add.png  (3)

Then give a name to the fixed button (1), find it on the list and when you associate it with a targeting campaigns, choose the channel (chat, call or video) you want to associate with this button (2) and finally indicate the 3 ids of HTML div corresponding to the 3 status of your button. 

By default, we recommand to use :

  • On Line Status : idzFonline
  • Off Line Status : idzFoffline
  • Busy Status : idzFbuzy

You can now save your new fixed button.

Once the fixed button is created, it must be associated with a targeting rule to appear on your site. 

To do that, go to Engagement (1), Targeting campaigns (2) and then click on  bouton-add.png to create a new targeting rule (3).

Give a name to your targeting campaigns (4), add criterias to your targeting campaigns (5) then on the list of actions, choose "display the fixed button" (6). You can now choose the fixed button on the list and save the targeting campaigns (7).
