The composition area

In order to facilitate the handling of conversations, the console evolves with a new composition area.

1. A flexible composition area

The composition area is now flexible and adapts to the content you write :

⚠️ Your browser manages spelling corrections. The iAdvize conversation panel doesn't offer any automatic correction.

2. A panel of native emojis accessible from the composition area

Now your emojis panel is native (depending on the browser)

3. Sharing a file

As an agent, you can share all types of images and pdf documents in a conversation (chat), WhatsApp or Messenger, by clicking on this icon zone-saisie-partage-fichier.png

4. Canned answers

It is possible to add pre-recorded responses (canned responses), which enable you to respond more quickly to visitors' frequently asked questions, by clicking on this icon zone-saisie-reponses-pre-enregistrees.png

5. Smart answers

These suggestions are adapted to the context of the conversations and extracted from the conversation history.

When relevant suggestions are available, the Smart Responses icon is activated on the conversation at the bottom of the compose box smart-answers-icon.png

6. Pre-recorded offers and links

6.1 Offers

An offer is a pre-formatted message that you can send to your customer by chat. An offer is a unit consisting of a text message, a picture and a hyperlink.

During discussions with your visitors, you have surely needed to transfer a link to a product sheet or your terms and conditions. Rather than copy/pasting the link into the discussion, we suggest pre-recording it.
